Every Better Cheesecake is made to order with intention, care, and fresh ingredients — which means we begin preparing your cake well before it’s delivered. If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup.

For same-day cancellations, we can refund 50% of your order total, as ingredients and preparation are already underway.

Because our cheesecakes are perishable and crafted for individual customers, we do not accept returns. However, if something’s not right, please reach out. We’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement.
